I really needed a hubby that liked skinny girls and would have pointed out that I was starting to carry a little weight... seriously I feel like I just woke up fat one day!
So why is it when you start to lose weight you feel much better but look worse naked!? It's so unfair... I've lost a total of 12 lbs since May 14th... a little more than I was planning so I'm already starting to get the wrinkly stretch-marked skin... so not attractive! I'm trying to lose about 2-3 lbs a week... this way I hope my skin has time to go away! If anyone has some tips on some magical cream that takes away fat, skin, and cellulite please let me know!
The hardest thing about my new lifestyle is drinking all the water!!! But the more I do it the better my skin looks so it has to be one of my main goals!
I need a fun exercise to add to my indoor fitness routine. Any ideas? If this rain keeps up I'm bound to find those 12 lbs again!
